There could be several reasons why the clicks could not be tracked. A few of the most common are:
- The user is an admin, clicks aren’t tracked for admin users
- The htaccess module is activated, if the htaccess module is activated then clicks will not be tracked
- If there is a plugin or theme conflict, try changing to a default theme and deactivating plugins to see if the issue persists.
