In our latest addon, the ThirstyAffiliates Autolinker you can automatically link keywords to your affiliate links.
The addon itself takes a simple list of comma separated list of keywords, in the order that you want them to link first, and creates an affiliate link whenever it encounters that keyword in your website content.
Up until now, the Autolinker was a little over zealous, so if you mentioned a keyword 10 times in the article, it would link it 10 times.
Normally this isn't a problem as most people don't link affiliate links up that often in posts, but we have received some support calls to limit the number of keywords.
In talking with our users we found that a default limit of 3 affiliate links per keyword seemed to be the sweet spot, so our new feature automatically stops after 3 keywords linked by default.
You can however tune this number up or down on a per affiliate link basis and it will automatically link only the number of keywords you tell it to.
